Clear, Independent Medicare Guidance — So You Can Choose With Confidence

Most people spend less time choosing Medicare coverage than they do choosing a car. The decision you make at 65 — and the narrow window you have to make it — can affect your healthcare for the rest of your life.

“Cindy Kowalski was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the confusing business of Medicare and all the choices. She spent an enormous amount of time educating me on the different choices that fit my particular needs. I would recommend her highly.”

Why it matters

You don’t need more Medicare noise.
You need one honest conversation.

Medicare decisions are permanent in ways most people don’t realize until it’s too late. Switching from Medicare Advantage back to a Supplement plan after a diagnosis can be declined. Insurers can use your health history to turn you down.

At Eligry, we give you the complete picture before you choose — not the version that benefits one carrier, and not the version that’s easiest to explain. The honest version.

Why work with us

Why an independent advisor makes a difference

Most Medicare agents represent one or two companies. We represent you.

01

Truly independent

We are not employed by or contracted exclusively with any carrier. Our recommendation is based entirely on what fits your situation — not what pays us more.

02

Appointed with most major carriers

Because we represent most major Medicare carriers, you see the broadest view of what’s available in your area — not a curated pitch from one company.

03

Personalized to your life

Your doctors, prescriptions, travel habits, budget, and risk tolerance are the starting point — not a generic checklist.

04

No cost to you

Insurance companies pay independent advisors when you enroll. Your premium is the same whether you use us or enroll alone. There is no reason not to get expert help.

05

One person, not a call center

You work directly with Cindy — not a rotating team. She knows your situation, answers personally, and follows through on every commitment.

06

No pressure. Ever.

A review is a conversation. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you. Our only goal is your best decision — whatever that turns out to be.

The big decision

Supplement or Advantage — this is the choice that matters most.

For most people turning 65, the most consequential Medicare decision isn’t which plan — it’s which type of plan.

That decision affects your freedom to see doctors, your exposure to out-of-pocket costs, and how hard it becomes to change your mind later.

  • Freedom to see any doctor vs. network restrictions
  • Predictable costs vs. variable copays and maximums
  • No prior authorizations vs. insurer approval requirements
  • Easy to keep vs. potentially hard to reverse later

About Cindy

I built Eligry because I almost made the wrong Medicare choice myself.

When I was approaching 65, I was healthy, confident, and ready to pick what seemed like the obvious choice. Then my sister asked me one question — and I realized I had been looking at entirely the wrong things.

After 23 years as a Sales Director at AT&T and 16 years running my own IT consulting firm, I spent over a year studying Medicare inside and out. I got licensed, got certified, and built Eligry around a single commitment:

“To give every person the complete, honest picture I almost didn’t get — before they make a decision that may be very hard to reverse.”

I don’t work for one insurance company. I work for you. And because I’m appointed with most major Medicare carriers, you see the broadest possible view of what fits your life.

No. We are independent and appointed with most major Medicare carriers. That means you see the broadest view of what’s available — not a pitch from one company’s agent.
This is one of the highest-stakes Medicare situations. Whether to delay Part B depends on your employer’s size and insurance quality. Getting it wrong can trigger permanent late penalties. We help people in this situation every day.
It depends on what you chose. Switching from Medicare Advantage back to a Supplement later can be declined — insurers can use your health history against you after your Initial Enrollment Period. This is exactly why getting it right the first time matters so much.
Yes. We help you understand both options honestly, compare them side by side, and choose based on your specific situation — without steering you toward whichever option pays us more.
